Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), I have been informed by Akarslan Nakliyat İnşaat Ticaret ve Sanayi Limited Şirketi (“AKARSLAN NAKLİYAT”) about the purposes for which my personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purpose the processed personal data may be transferred, the method and legal basis of collecting personal data, and the other rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK.

In this context, acknowledging that I have been duly informed and that I have read and understood this text and the Customer Disclosure Text under the Personal Data Protection Legislation, I consent to the processing of my telephone number, e-mail address, name and surname and other personal data by AKARSLAN NAKLİYAT within the scope of the information stated above, for the purposes of monitoring purchasing habits, campaign and package notifications, guidance regarding products and services, providing information about campaigns, carrying out promotion, marketing and campaign activities relating to such services and products through various channels such as social media and search engines, and the storage of my data on all kinds of platforms for these purposes; so that I may benefit from every kind of service offered by AKARSLAN NAKLİYAT, that notifications may be made through every kind of communication means and channel for its promotion, marketing and sale, and that my personal data may be stored on all kinds of platforms for the promotion of the service; and, should I take part in AKARSLAN NAKLİYAT online survey activities, for the development of the website and online services; and I consent to the transfer of such data to AKARSLAN NAKLİYAT affiliates and to the said third parties.

With regard to the information and documents listed, the CUSTOMER shall be deemed to have accepted that AKARSLAN NAKLİYAT is granted the right to hold, record, store, process and share such information and documents. Likewise, with regard to such information and documents, the CUSTOMER shall be deemed to have irrevocably accepted, declared and undertaken that consent has been given for the use, processing and transfer of the personal data and special categories of personal data held or to be held by AKARSLAN NAKLİYAT, including their transfer abroad where necessary.

Within the framework of Article 11 of the Law, the data subject may at any time apply to the data controller and has the right to:

  • Learn whether their personal data is being processed,
  • Request information if their personal data has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing of their personal data and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose,
  • Know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom their personal data has been transferred,
  • Request rectification of their personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
  • Request erasure or destruction of their personal data,
  • Request that the rectification, erasure or destruction of their personal data be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
  • Object to a result arising against them through analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems,
  • Request compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing of their personal data.
